Instructions
Please be aware that due to limited space in our studios and the high number of applicants each semester, we carefully evaluate each application and select candidates based on their submitted materials and our capacity. Applications may be rejected. Application results are typically sent to students and their home schools within 4 weeks after our deadline.
INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS THAT REMAIN WITH "DRAFT" STATUS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
Extensions are possible, but only from the winter term to the summer term, and agreements regarding the extension can be made only during the winter semester.
Incoming students must indicate on the Application Form and Learning Agreement which faculty they wish to study at. Students may apply to only one faculty, and within:
- Faculty of Painting (Painting and Scenography)
- Faculty of Sculpture
- Faculty of Graphic Arts
- Faculty of Interior Design
- Faculty of Industrial Design
- Faculty of Conservation and Restoration of Works of Art
- Faculty of Intermedia
There are no Design or Fine Arts departments, so to avoid misclassifications, please use our department names.
When filling out your Learning Agreement, please select courses from only one faculty!
The Learning Agreement submitted at the application stage serves only as a tentative study plan. Changes to courses are common, and the final program (approved through amendments to the Learning Agreement) is confirmed after the first month of the exchange.

4. Transcript of records in English (for previous years)
